Terms and conditions

At jokabetgb.co.uk, this page sets out JoKaBet's casino conditions covering eligibility, player accounts, payments and complaints. These conditions concern the casino service. Sportsbook rules are not covered here. JoKaBet treats use of its service as acceptance of its terms, and anyone who disagrees with those terms must stop using the service.

Eligibility and the United Kingdom

JoKaBet includes the United Kingdom in its Restricted Countries policy. Players from the UK may neither make deposits nor gamble with real money. If this restriction is breached, JoKaBet does not guarantee that a withdrawal or refund will be completed.

The casino requires players to be at least 18 and to meet any higher gambling age applicable where they live. Players are responsible for establishing whether participation is permitted under their local rules. JoKaBet can request evidence of age and restrict access when that requirement is not met. A deposit being accepted does not establish eligibility, confirm completed verification or guarantee that future payments will be accepted.

Registration and account use

JoKaBet permits a single player account and applies a one-account rule to households. Registration information must be complete and accurate, including a working email address. Changes to personal details must be reported promptly. Duplicate accounts may be closed or blocked, bets cancelled and associated funds forfeited or recovered. Anyone who discovers an additional account must tell casino support immediately.

Login credentials must remain private. JoKaBet treats activity carried out with valid credentials as the account holder's activity. Its terms place responsibility for keeping those credentials secure on the player, while retaining the stated exception for fault or gross negligence by the casino. Players cannot sell or transfer accounts, acquire another person's account, or move money between player accounts.

Identity and financial checks

JoKaBet may request identification at any stage and can restrict payments, withdrawals or access until checks are complete. Documents can include a passport or identity card, recent address evidence and proof relating to a payment method. Further checks may involve a photograph holding identification, a verification call or video verification.

Documents must be genuine, legible and consistent with the account details. False documents may lead to forfeiture of deposits and possible winnings. An unsuccessful identity check prevents further deposits and withdrawals. Passing identification checks does not remove the separate review of account activity before a payout. Cancelling a withdrawal request also does not end the obligation to cooperate with verification.

Deposits and payment ownership

Only payment methods owned personally and solely by the player may fund a JoKaBet account. The payment holder's name must match the registered account name. Shared, family and business payment arrangements are excluded. JoKaBet may hold, recover or confiscate money deposited in breach of this requirement.

Deposit minimums vary by country, while maximums depend on the selected payment method. Previous deposits must be confirmed before withdrawal. Casino balances earn no interest. A cryptocurrency deposit below the minimum shown for that currency cannot be credited or returned under JoKaBet's terms.

Bonus funds

JoKaBet applies separate conditions to bonuses. Where a balance contains deposited money and bonus money, the deposited money is used first. Bonus play starts after that real balance has been spent. Bonus wagering requires qualifying bets totalling the specified multiple, and game types can contribute differently.

Moving or withdrawing the main deposit before the required bonus turnover is complete causes the bonus and its related winnings to be lost. Cancelling an unfinished bonus also removes its associated winnings. Some offers impose a ceiling on winnings. The conditions attached to a particular offer determine its requirements.

Withdrawals

JoKaBet's terms require active deposits to be wagered three times before withdrawal. Payouts use the deposit method, and the casino requires full account verification before releasing funds. Withdrawal minimums depend on residence and range between 50 and 120 euros. These conditions do not override the country restriction described above.

Processing may take as long as 72 hours. After release, the payment method adds its own transfer time. Withdrawal ceilings can apply over daily, weekly or monthly periods, with the account's current limit displayed in the cashier. For winnings above 15,000 euros, JoKaBet may divide payment into monthly instalments capped at 15,000 euros each.

Money credited by mistake can be removed from the balance. If already withdrawn, the mistaken payment becomes repayable. Players must report an incorrect credit promptly. Responsibility for any applicable tax on winnings remains with the player.

Inactivity and closing an account

JoKaBet treats an account as dormant after twelve consecutive months without a login or logout. It may then deduct a monthly administration charge of 10 euros or its currency equivalent. If the balance is smaller, only that balance is charged. Deductions stop when the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.

Account closure can be requested through casino support. JoKaBet may require fresh identity or source-of-funds checks during closure even where earlier verification was successful.

Complaints and governing terms

JoKaBet's support department handles complaints and escalates unresolved cases internally. Players should receive reasonable updates on progress. Its dispute procedure also provides access to CADRE, an independent dispute resolution body whose process is free to the player. Its decisions bind both parties without removing the right to bring a case before a competent court.

JoKaBet's terms apply Curaçao law and give precedence to the English version. The casino may revise its conditions and says it will try to notify players by email when changes are significant. Questions for jokabetgb.co.uk can be sent to [email protected].
