Wagering and time
A bonus is wagered 40 times by default, unless the offer itself says otherwise. It stays valid for 14 days from the moment you receive it, unless we tell you otherwise, and whatever is left unwagered when that period ends, bonus money and any winnings from it, is void.
Bet and win caps
While you are wagering, the most you can stake on a single bet is €5, or the equivalent, by default, and that limit also covers doubling a win and buying a bonus feature inside a game. Winnings from a bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus amount.
Real money first
Every bonus is sticky, so no withdrawal can be requested until its wagering is finished, you play through your real money balance first and only move on to bonus funds once that runs out, and once the bonus money itself is lost, the bonus goes with it. While real money is still on your balance, none of the bonus is being wagered yet. You can cancel a bonus before you start wagering it without losing any of your own funds, or withdraw your deposit before wagering is finished and let the bonus and its winnings go instead, but cancelling after you have started playing with a bonus loses both the bonus and any winnings tied to it for good.
One bonus at a time
Only one bonus can be active at once, and deposit bonuses cannot be stacked together. Every bonus offer is also limited to one per person, their family, home address, email address, phone number, account, payment method and device. Taking a bonus solely to create a positive expected value through practices aimed at securing a cash-out, or otherwise trying to take advantage of a bonus, counts as advantage play, and it means immediate confiscation of winnings and closure of the account, with the right to withhold any further withdrawals. Delaying a free spins or bonus feature until your wagering is already finished, or making a new deposit while such a feature is still open, is an example of that.

Wagering the sports bonus
The welcome bonus is wagered 5 times on accumulator bets of at least 3 events, each at odds of 1.40 or higher, within 14 days of receiving the bonus, and you choose the bonus before you make the qualifying deposit. Voided or cashed-out bets do not count towards that wagering, and any unused bonus funds or winnings are forfeited once the offer expires. System bets do not count towards bonus wagering either.
Weekly sports cashback
Credited as a bonus on real net losses from stakes of at least €10, and it only applies if your deposits for the week were not below that net loss. It has to be wagered once within 7 days, on accumulators of at least 3 events with combined odds of 2.74 or higher and each selection at 1.40 or higher. Comboboost
A bonus multiplier that grows with your accumulator, from about 1.04 times on 4 selections up to 1.5 times on 16 or more, as long as each selection is priced at 1.50 or higher, and cashed-out bets do not qualify.
Boost Odd and Freebets
Boost Odd raises the odds on chosen outcomes, with a maximum win of €10,000, and it cannot be combined with bonus funds or freebets. Back to the same method
Winnings are paid back to the method you deposited with, so a card deposit returns to that same card. Card payouts run through Visa's and Mastercard's own transfer networks, though the issuing bank can still block or reject one, and if you funded by card we can refund withdrawals up to your total deposited amount to it, with any excess sent another way.
Before your first withdrawal
You need to have made at least one deposit, and every deposit you have made needs to be confirmed, before you can withdraw. We do not process any withdrawal until your account is fully verified. Reality check
A reality check pauses the game at the interval you choose, shows how long you have played and what you have won or lost, and asks you to confirm before you can keep playing or end the session.
Cooling-off and self-exclusion
A cooling-off period takes effect instantly, and while it runs you can log in but cannot deposit or place a bet, and no prize is awarded if a win happens to land during that period. Self-exclusion starts with that same 24-hour cooling-off, then can be extended to a day, a week, six months or permanently.
